We don’t buy the flowers, we don’t arrange the flowers, we don’t deliver the flowers. We make the app. If you have experienced a problem with the delivery of your bouquet, please contact the florist who you placed your order with. They will have sent you a confirmation email with their contact details. If you struggle to get a fair results, please let us know and we’ll do all we can to help you out.
